Site Reliability Engineering

The moment I heard about this book, I wanted to read it. The title is self-explanatory: “How Google Runs Production Systems”. It looked so interesting to me that I immediately purchased it. At that time I had other books waiting on my bookshelf, but I was so impatient to read this one, that I admit I started immediately after the Phoenix Project. This one was the one that I wanted to read.

The contents in this book are well organised, and chapter after chapter it’s easy to accept the challenges that an organisation of this size had to conquer to become successful in managing the infrastructure, processes and people.

PowerShell Learning and Security Features

Learning PowerShell is really a fast process (especially if you’re not new to programming) where you can be productive in a matter of days or in a month of lunches as Don Jones and Jeffery Hicks said.

But in my humble opinion, there aren’t many online resources that make you pay enough attention on how to run scripts and configure the environment properly in order to leverage all the technology features that Powershell and Windows environment are capable of.

So I’ve decided to add some articles to conquer this problem and help you on your journey, it’s an interesting subject for students and professional developers/it pros at any level of experience.
